YUSHUNXIN Environmental / PRODUCT PROFILE
Nominal furnace capacity is meaningful only with the stated moisture and particle-size range. Drying and cooling duty can control total line output.

APPLICATION & PROJECT FIT
Typical decision teams include biochar producers biomass processors agricultural residue project developers. Suitability is confirmed after the operating objective, site basis and required delivery scope are reviewed.
ENGINEERING BASIS
Feedstock type, moisture, particle size, ash and volatile content determine the drying, feeding, residence time and cooling arrangement. The project basis also defines target biochar properties, heat source, combustible-gas reuse, dust and off-gas treatment, fire protection and product cooling. Throughput and product quality are confirmed after feedstock testing.
DELIVERY SCOPE
Civil works, local permits, utilities, unloading, installation labor and third-party interfaces are identified in the project responsibility matrix before order confirmation.
PROJECT GATES
Product, capacity, users, site, standards and commercial objective.
Model, process, layout, interfaces, utilities, controls and options.
Drawings, exclusions, responsibilities, quality controls and schedule.
Manufacture, shipment, installation support, commissioning and training.
TECHNICAL-COMMERCIAL REVIEW
Share the operating basis and site conditions to receive a defined equipment route, supply boundary and delivery plan.
Start project review ↗SELECTION CHECK
This profile is a decision starting point. The proposal must record the valid operating range, included modules, acceptance basis and excluded site responsibilities.
Use when the input, output or visitor objective and the expected delivery role can be stated.
Provide the realistic operating range so controls, margin and interfaces are not selected from one ideal value.
Controls, auxiliaries, drawings, testing, installation, commissioning and local works must be compared separately.
PRODUCT-SPECIFIC QUESTIONS
Input composition and contamination range is the first selection variable; it must be reviewed together with recovery target and recovered-product route.
Rated basis, included modules, materials, controls, interfaces, utility demand, documents, tests, delivery terms, exclusions and acceptance method.
After the design basis, scope boundary, options, project country, site responsibility and schedule assumptions are aligned.
USEFUL INQUIRY INPUTS
Add the project country, preferred schedule and required commissioning scope.
