DECISION SUPPORT
Project questions, answered with decision conditions.
Find the conditions, exceptions and next input—not a one-line sales answer.
What information is required before YOTO can recommend a configuration?
Provide the operating objective, product or visitor profile, target capacity, project country, site status, available utilities, desired schedule and expected delivery boundary. A preliminary route can be discussed with partial information, but performance, price and schedule remain conditional until the design basis is confirmed.
Can YOTO quote from a model name or reference photo only?
A model or image can identify a starting family, but it cannot validate capacity, interfaces, safety basis or total delivery cost. YOTO first confirms the application and constraints, then issues a configuration and documented supply boundary.
How should we define capacity without over-sizing the system?
Use the required net output or visitor throughput, operating hours, peak factor, raw-material variation and planned availability. The selected nominal capacity should include justified process margin—not an arbitrary larger motor or machine size.
Which site conditions can change the equipment selection?
Floor area, clear height, foundations, access route, ambient conditions, power, fuel, water, drainage, ventilation, fire egress and local standards can change layout, materials, controls and installation scope.
Why can two proposals with similar equipment names have different prices?
Compare included modules, materials, controls, capacity assumptions, drawings, testing, packing, freight basis, installation, commissioning, training, spares and exclusions. Price is meaningful only after the supply boundary and responsibility matrix are aligned.
When is the delivery schedule confirmed?
The schedule becomes reliable after configuration, technical clarifications, payment milestones, document approvals and site responsibilities are agreed. Custom engineering and approval cycles must be included before manufacturing time is counted.
What is normally excluded unless specifically contracted?
Civil works, local permits, incoming utilities, unloading, local labor, third-party inspections, travel-related site costs and consumables are often project responsibilities. The proposal identifies inclusions and exclusions rather than relying on assumptions.
How are installation and commissioning responsibilities defined?
The responsibility matrix identifies who prepares the site, receives equipment, provides labor and tools, connects utilities, performs installation, runs tests and signs acceptance. Remote guidance, supervision or turnkey participation is selected by project.
How does YOTO reduce configuration risk before order confirmation?
The project team records the design basis, reviews interfaces, confirms the equipment list, documents exclusions and aligns acceptance criteria. Where relevant, layout review, sample testing, factory acceptance or staged approvals are added.
Can the system be expanded later?
Expansion is possible when future capacity, reserved space, utility margin, control architecture and interface points are considered during the first design. Retrofitting without this basis may require major changes.
QUESTION NOT COVERED?
Send the operating condition behind the question.
Useful answers depend on product, capacity, site, country and delivery scope. The project form keeps those inputs short and routes the request to the relevant specialist team.
